Promotions FAQ

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping offer applies to purchases of $75 or more. A $75 purchase is based on merchandise subtotal. Applicable sales tax will not be included in determining subtotal. No promo code is needed.

Free or discounted shipping offers are not valid for Alaska & Hawaii addresses.

Can I combine promotional codes?

No, promotional codes may not be combined or stacked. Only one promo code is permitted per order and per customer.

Can I use a promo code on a prior purchase?

No, you may not apply a promo code to any previous orders for a refund.

Are any items excluded from promotions?

Unless otherwise stated, all promotions will exclude any items appearing in the Deals of the Week & Clearance categories. Any items featured in a different promotion will also be excluded.

Where do I enter my promo code?

Promo codes may be entered while viewing your shopping cart, or on the 'Review & Payments' section of the checkout process. To apply a promo code, click the text that says 'Apply Discount Code', enter a valid promo code and click the 'Apply Discount' button.

How do I know if my promo code was accepted?

Once you've applied a valid promo code, you will see a message at the top of your screen in a green bar that states you have successfully applied your promo code.

If your code was expired or invalid, or the items in your cart are ineligible, you will see a message in a red bar that states your coupon code is not valid.

Why wasn't my promo code accepted?

If you've received the message that your discount code is invalid, double-check the code's spelling and ensure that you have not added any additional characters. Next, verify that the promotion is still active and has not ended. If the code is correct and the promotion is ongoing, it is likely that an item in your cart does not qualify for the promotion. The item may already be discounted or excluded from the current promotion.
